Our online coaching and programming options are great options to consider if you’re looking to be #SaltusBuilt, but are unable to see us in person due to your location, schedule, or budget.

 

Thanks to the wonders of modern day technology, we can easily deliver your program to you with accompanying video and written descriptions, along with instructions specific to your needs. You can quickly take video of yourself performing an exercise, send it to your coach, and have your technique effectively analyzed and corrected.

 

All of our coaching and programming options will be delivered via the TrainHeroic app. This will allow you to always have your program at your fingertips, ready to use whenever and wherever you’re available to train.

Sometimes you may require a little extra coaching attention when rehabilitating from an injury, or fine tuning your technique with various weight lifting, plyometric, and speed drills. Train by yourself, with 1-2 friends, or in a small group of 4-6.

TEAM TRAINING
