As certified strength coaches, we focus on the development of speed, strength and power through safe and proper training methods, and sound programming developed through years of experience and proven research in the field of exercise science. To support well-rounded athletic development, we also provide general endurance training, training for weight loss and muscle gain, and on-going injury prevention, or should you need it, rehabilitation. We are looking for those who are ready to move and feel better for improved work, life, and weekend sport performance!
Prefer training in a group? Join our ‘Adult Small Group Training’ monthly memberships or create your own group of training partners. Keep each other accountable, and get better together. We welcome groups of athletes, no matter what the goal: 10k races or half-marathons, mens league basketball or soccer, removing lower back pain, improving blood-cholesterol, or weight loss.
