Private Coaching

As certified strength coaches, we focus on the development of speed, strength and power through safe and proper training methods, and sound programming developed through years of experience and proven research in the field of exercise science.  To support well-rounded athletic development, we also provide general endurance training, training for weight loss and muscle gain, and on-going injury prevention, or should you need it, rehabilitation.  We are looking for those who are ready to move and feel better for improved work, life, and weekend sport performance!

Group Training

Prefer training in a group?  Bring a training partner, keep each other accountable, and get #better together.  We welcome groups of athletes, no matter what the goal: 10k races or half-marathons, wedding preparation, removing lower back pain, improving blood-cholesterol, or weight loss.  If you’re even just hoping to live a healthier lifestyle, have more energy, or look amazing for an important event that’s upcoming in your life, we will train you the best way we know how – like athletes.
